[Shadeshi_Bondhu] Submarine Cable: Bangladeshi All ISP are doing whatever they want.

BTRC has reduced bandwidth price in the several times. But our ISP
didn't take action for reduce price from the end users, even they
can't increase service quality.

The ISP are breaking law by reselling bandwidth to the reseller
(Tothakatitoo Broadband ISP!!!). The reseller's service quality is
very poor and funny! Connection fee and monthly bill is depending on
them.

I think we (net users) need a proper Guideline from BTRC about the
connection fee, monthly bill, and support and service quality.

I would like to invite all members to discuss from your end about the issue.
