Re: [Shadeshi_Bondhu] Re: Education City is the need of the time

ekta confession ase... but tar agey ekta thanks diye nei Riday ke.

hmmm....'ekta movement korar try korche'.... khub ekta valo complement diyeso author ke, :)

confession ta holo, author ta holo ashole ami nijei ... ki sobai obak holey naki?

oboshyo, likha gulur signature porle mone hoi, ekta group likhche.. which is what i want it eventually to be the case. so far, author list e ekhono actively keo include hoi nai... (but if you have ideas / interest, please express your interest). off course, many of my friends comment on these ideas... friends in my surrounding ... which help to refine some of the ideas..

anyways... ei column ta ami likhi onek ta hobby hishebei ... background e onek logic, wish, plan ase.. but ekhono porjonto eta holo ekta very passive form of contributing to the well being of country, while i am too busy with my personal life!!

aro ektu boli.

ami khubi hotash hoi, jokhon dekhi there are "very few" rebels in our generation, or in our next generation. There are so many inconsistencies in the society, so many mis-match, I hope the coming generation will revolt against its earlier generations, in some way.

Aside from all the bad things that were going on in our country, and still many continues, rebellious generation is necessary to fast-track the fate of a nation. History support that, too. Tumra hoitu vabso, rebel houya jai kemne, taina? Se tu onek kotha. But let me give two examples - two extremes.

1. Jodio rare, you might have seen a news that parents sometimes helps law-enforcers to get their mastan sons into custody? Have you noticed any news like these in your lifetime? I have seen. Now, if you take that example and reverse it, what do you get? "Children helps law-enforcers to get their corrupt gurdians into custody." Have you seen any news headline like that? Nope, I have not seen that. If there were such a news, that would be an extreme example of a good rebel. But off course, these type of things don't happen.

2. Winter night e kokhono dhaka rashtai baire berate geso? Garite gele hobe na. Rickshaw te jete hobe, othoba paye hete jete hobe, jeno ektu ektu cold hoi, at least. Now, notice the roadside people trying to sleep. Among them, if you are really focused, you will see many childs there, too. A small child in the winter - trying to get some warm and some sleep. If you are also out in the open, that should make you realize how difficult is it to get warm out in the open. You should also realize the "choice" our soceity has given to that child. Doesn't matter what the child's parents are, that child deserves much more than that. NOW, that is a scene strong enough to make one a social rebel, making a mental note to himself or herself that she or he will work very hard to change that scene (to omit that scene) from the soceity. Just making a wish of that kind is a rebellious. Its a very strong kind of rebellion, if you experience that.

On a personal note, a long time back, when I came to Dhaka College from my village home to study H.Sc., a winter night gave me such an experience. From that day ... I have not done much to change the world, but that moment is also alive in me which have changed my passtime into writing these articles. Very raw ideas, may be, but ideas can be very strong. Who knows, how will that same very moment from a distant past winter night will change my life in future!

Chhotto kore likhbo vablam, kinto onek boro hoye gelo.

Jai houk, tumra jodi likhte chao, idea share korte chao... mail koro. I can help you get your article into the column, making you a part of "them", :)  So far, it has been very informal. I would also welcome ideas about how to formalize these efforts. gtg now. bye.
