[Shadeshi_Bondhu] A proposal about the NAM flats

A proposal about the NAM flats
Let a hospitality company operate these flats in social business model, specifically targetted for the NRBs.

Instead of letting the theives and corrupts occupy these flats, which are popularly known as NAM flat, government should make this symbol of inefficiency and corruption into a symbol of service and hope.

If you let us operate these flats under a long term lease agreement, we can use these flats to serve the NRBs who need temporary housing in Dhaka when they visit their home country. We think there would be many interested parties to do that.

All the booking information will be available online and a portion of the proceeds from these operation will be used to build low-cost housing for the slum-dwelers.

Do you have the courage to kick-out those corrupt MPs from the flats and let these be used for some productive purpose? Its easy to decide the organs of your government to demolish the slums. No agency fears of backlash when they go for that. But it comes to kicking butt of the MPs, they think about backlash? How funny.

If you thought some of the ideas are worth of your reading time, please forward it to others. If you have an ear to the columinsts in regular traditional media, please forward it to them. If you have an ear to the journalists and news editors of the electronic media, discuss it with them. Hope they would look at the suggestions and give due diligence.

Thanks for your time,
Innovation Line

Email address for the Chief Advisor: feeedback@pmo.gov.bd or at http://www.cao.gov.bd/feedback/comments.php . The more of you forward it to them, the less will be the need to go back to street agitation. Use ICT to practice democracy. It is already proven that this government responds to the feedback.
