[Shadeshi_Bondhu] What is Gov doing with Engg Mosharraf Hossain .

Eng. Mosharraf hossain a Valient freedomfighter & Awami League Sr.Leader was re-arrested at the jail gate on 1st Aug 2008 after his release on bail from HC. He has been detained since 25/02/07 without any specific charges. Kshimpur Jail adminstration did not release Engr.Mosharraf Hossain when the High Court bail order was placed at the jail gate on 11 th Aug.His family is trying to get his release againat 9.00 am today 12/08/08.But today the jailer refused to release. Then His family send a Leagal Notice to the jailer for violeting the High Court order But the Clever jailer also refused to accept that Legal Notice.I personaly become know from my source that the jailer has been ordered by supirior personality not to release him. I am worried Who is Supirior than High Court ? The Gov is Violeting the High Court without any hesitation . What should we do ? Best Regards Habib
