Hi all Now you need to think Why can't you drink the supply water of WASA?? Why do you need to buy frsh drinking water?? Do you not give the payment of water bill to WASA authority? If you pay regular water bill to WASA authority then Why supply dirty the WASA authority ?? Do you not bathe in WASA supply water? Do you not use WASA supply water for washing your body hands cloth & every thing with this dirty water?? Then it can be told that you are only drinking fresh water but you are using for washing body your clothes every with dirty water. So you can be called a very dirty person. Bad smelling may come out from your body & it may create weather pollution around you though you are wearing very high price SARI?? . Is it not correct????

you might be wrong. giving you some example of health issue. most of us buy mineral water to drink. we also drink mineral water. at home we boil water and store as drinking water. our mothers, serves food. we one by one join dinning table. we eat our food and drink pure water. but did you notice that we washed our hands by supply water? a person yet not fully educated enough so that s/he can keep himself/herself healthy, how do you expect that they will keep the whole city clean. your expectation is ok, but for that only time, practice, support, education and finally implementation of law are needed.
you have said something on clean department. you see api, our bangladesh has many issues. we've lot of problems along with limitation. yes, may be dhaka city corporation could do exactly what you said. but durniti might be a reason here. but this same dhaka city corporation established record on cleaning dhaka city during eid ul azha. few years back, after eid ul azha, it was impossible to move in dhaka city. but now it is ok. I still believe, there are areas, where improvement needed.
but my summary is: durnity should be stopped. durnity impacts from 1st to end of the whole event. we need good/quality practices generation after generation. leaders need to be such a man/woman that we can follow. keeping clean, following traffic rules are minor issue. more high priority issues are: implementation of law should be pure. many freedom fighters are still too much poor. our nation is under big threat. many parents are giving enough time to make their kids cricketer, singer, actor (because those are short way to be established in life and earn more money) but not for higher study. so, we nation always hire specialist from abroad. media companies giving car apartment money to a singer but for good result achievement in school, college, university, only a short interview in news keeping student's parents at left and right. so, whole nations thinking is gradually changing. anyway, lot said. everybody will say, this girl talks too much.
