akashii api, if you expect the people will go to bank and deposit, that is not easy. people are busy. they don't have enough time for such. so, it is always needed that someone needs to go to door to door and collect.specially when there is not tv or media coverage. i thought, as you are close to patient, you would take the responsibility.
