[Shadeshi_Bondhu] Internet Service Providers in Dhaka - A survey

Hye everybody. It's Doctor Doom.. Nah! Actually, I'm Rakib :) If you've gotten this note, chances are that you know me, and chances are I know you too!

One of my acquaintance decided to do a survey regarding the internet services that we receive here in Dhaka, and how good or how bad they are. He have been prepared a questionnaire of ten questions which should more or less give me an accurate enough idea about the general thingy of it.  He asked me to share his work with all. It would take you only a minute or two to fill it up and submit it.

Very simple, there are ten questions, out of which eight are to be answered from a drop-down.
