Dear Madam/ Sir,

We cordially invite you to the inauguration of a photography exhibition and a roundtable discussion on "Modhupur and Lawachhara: Stolen Forest, Threatened Heritage". Prof. Zillur Rahman Siddiqui, an eminent educationist, will be the chief guest at the event. Eminent experts on forests, environmentalists and representatives of local communities will participate in the roundtable discussion.
SEHD organizes this photography exhibition and roundtable discussion in the trail of its continued investigation, research, analysis, reporting, filming and publishing on issues concerning forests and forest dependent people.

Please join us at the inauguration of the photography exhibition at 10:00 AM on 21 June 2008 (Saturday) followed by a roundtable discussion at Drik Gallery (House 58, Road 15/A-new, Dhanmondi, Dhaka).

Please note that the exhibition will remain open from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM every day from 21 to 27 June 2008. In addition, documentary films on forests and environment will be shown everyday between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
