[Shadeshi_Bondhu] BTTB programmes to enhance quality of customer service


Bangladesh Telegraph and Telephone Board (BTTB) has taken several
special programmes with a view to improving quality of its customer
service and realization of outstanding bills, reports BSS.

The programmes include establishment of telephone connection within 24
hours after paying money against issuance of demand note and repairing
tele-connection within 72 hours after receiving complain, BTTB press
release said Thursday.

The BTTB urged its subscribers to procure 'clearance certificate' on
payment of all outstanding bills along with current bills by June 30,
2008, it said.
For any complain or objection, the BTTB subscribers have been requested
to contact the concerned revenue official or cell formed to realize
bills.
