Bangladesh wins "Asian Telecom Innovation" Award

 

CellBazaar, the mobile market on your mobile from Grameenphone, has won the "Innovation" award at Telecom Asia 2008, in Thailand.

 

The CellBazaar concept was developed at MIT Media Lab by Kamal Quadir. CellBazaar is a service that allows you to buy and sell any product through a Grameenphone mobile or any computer. From TV, Fridge, Camera, or Laptop to Rice, Chicken, Vegetables, Books, Furniture and much more. You can even find services such as job, tutor, car rental, bus service, wedding video, catering and more.
